Bahamian cuisine, particularly fresh seafood, dominates menus in the restaurants of Eleuthera, Harbour Island and Spanish Wells, followed by American cuisine. You can sample them all at roadside cookouts held in many of the towns on Saturdays and holidays. Tippy's Restaurant & Bar is popular with visitors because of its specialty menu that includes lobster pizza.
